Answered Prayer Ministry
The Answered Prayer Ministry works together with local food distribution centers (Second Harvest) to provide food on a regular basis to needed families within the community. The ministry also helps to provide clothing to those who are in need or may have been impacted by a natural disaster. We join with organizations and churches around the Orlando area for one purpose… to help fulfill the Great Commission, to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Beautification Ministry
The main goal of the Beautification Ministry is to create a more inviting atmosphere and to enhance the worship experience of our church for our members, visitors and guests. The Beautification Ministry’s focus is to create an elegant place to worship and to ensure God’s house is beautifully decorated as the season dictates. Members should desire to make the house of God an appealing place to worship and serve the Lord by volunteering their time and talents.
Boy Scouts Ministry
The mission of Shiloh Boy Scouting Program is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. The purpose of Boy Scouts (6th-12th grade) is to develop character, faith, and citizenship of each scout in the program by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Shiloh Troop 90 has been in place for over 50 years and has worked with boys of all ages to become better scout.
Couple’s Ministry
The goal of the Couple’s Ministry is to provide a forum for encouraging, uplifting and fellowshipping with each other as we grow in our relationship with Christ and with each other. Encourage couples to deepen their relationship with God and each other by engaging in biblical teachings and practices. Create a network where couples ca share experiences, challenges, and successes, fostering a sense of belonging.
Dance Ministry
The Dance Ministry serves with our churches by presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ using Christian dance. Praise and worship that captures the heart of the LORD through the demonstration of Spirit-led dance, and prophetic interpretation. Dance as David danced. “Let them praise His name with the dance; Let them sing praises to Him with the timbrel and harp.” Psalm 149:3
Drama Ministry
The Drama Ministry serves with our churches by presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ using Christian art, mime, and drama in conjunction with local bodies of believers. To use the talents of our members to enrich the church’s outreach.
Girls Scouts Ministry
The goal of the Girls Scouting Ministry is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Girls, from K to 12th grade, from all backgrounds are taught to respect themselves and others, develop leadership and teamwork skills through specific activities, as well as the influence of positive adult role models. Daisies (K), Brownies (1st-3rd grades), Juniors (4th-5th grades), Cadettes (6th-8th grades), Seniors (9th-10th grades) and Ambassadors (11th-12th grades). Shiloh Girls Scout 190 has been operating for than 50 years and is the preeminent leadership development organization for young girls of all ages, offering every girl a chance to be and do something amazing.
Health Awareness Team (HAT) Ministry
The HAT Ministry is an essential part of our overall ministries providing educational resources and health workshops and seminars, aim at encouraging individuals to embrace life-changing benefits for a healthy living. Each month, the HAT Ministry focuses on different health topics, encouraging education, prevention, and support for various conditions for women and men within the congregation. Health awareness months are designated times throughout the year to promote awareness of specific health issues.
Intercessory Prayer Ministry
The goal of the Intercessory Prayer Ministry is to equip, enable, and encourage church members to pray continually and effectively while making prayer a part of everything they do. This is made possible through our weekly prayer opportunities and other church-wide prayer events. Knowing that prayer is the foundation that God has given us to build His church and that Jesus is the Head of the church, we strive to obey His command that His church should be called a House of prayer.
Media & Communication Ministry
The Media Ministry strives to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our visually-driven, ever-changing world using technology and media, and to equip other ministries of the church to use digital and electronic media as a worship and outreach tool. By this we are aiming to enhance the worship experience, communicating with the congregation, extending the congregation beyond the walls of the church, and proliferating the message. It is our goal as a media team to provide clear and intelligible sound that is transparent and distraction free to the listener. The goal of the church audio team is to provide audio that is worthy of the worship of Jesus Christ.
Men’s Ministry
The goal of the Men’s Ministry is to lead men to Christ and disciple them towards finding the fullness of their potential in Christ. That they develop spiritually, draw closer to God, and become leaders, “not only in their families,” but in their sphere of influence, and be the true leaders of God, as they follow the greatest man, “JESUS CHRIST.” The Men’s Ministry mission is to reach out and engage the men of alleges and connect them to the one and only Savior, Jesus Christ through the Word of God.
Missionary Society Ministry
The purpose of the Missionary Society is to give of our time, influence, talent and substance to the teaching and spreading of the gospel of Jesus Christ at home and abroad; to enlist and encourage all people, young and old alike, in Christian service. Our Mission Society works together across denominations partnering with organizations and church around the Orlando area for one purpose… to help fulfill the Great Commission, to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Music Ministry
Music has always been an integral part of worship to God as demonstrated both in the Old and New Testament. The goal of Music Ministry of Shiloh Baptist Church of Orlando is to praise, edify, glorify and uplift God through music, song and dance. We aim to set the atmosphere and tone for worship service. The choir and musicians are charged to minister to the congregation at all services. It is also our goal to train and develop talented members of the music ministry for service to enhance the music program at our church.
Music Ministry consist of: Praise Team, Men’s Choir, Women’s Choir, Youth Choir, Combined Celebration Choir.
Usher Ministry
The Usher ministry meets and greets visitors, friends, and families of Shiloh Baptist Church of Orlando providing for a welcome attitude. We are here to serve those who attend our worship services in the capacity fitting of the manner demonstrated by Jesus Christ. The Usher ministry is supported by all ministries including the youth, men’s, and women’s.

Women’s Ministry
The Women’s Ministry of Shiloh Baptist Church of Orlando provides a safe haven for women to spend time with God and engage in fellowship with believers through prayer, study of the Word, worship and fellowship. The ministry seeks to encourage unity, provide fellowship and wholeness to the lives of women by ministering to their mind, body and spirit. We also seeks to equip, edify, and encourage women to spiritual maturity. We seek to glorify God and serve Him by teaching sound doctrine that trains and disciple women to know and apply God’s Word to all aspects of their life, all stages of life.
Young Adults Ministry
The Young Adult Ministry’s mission is to provide an open forum where young adults can meet regularly to discuss the various spiritual issues that effect this age group faces; Additionally, the ministry seeks to provide support and fellowship while keeping in the work of the Lord and to motivate one another to maintain their walk of faith and continue to glorify God in all that they do.
Youth Ministry
The goal of the Youth Ministry is to create a welcoming environment where young people can learn how to develop spiritually, socially and intellectually. The ministry goal is to help our young people to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, to witness about their personal faith, and to equip the next generation to live out their faith in everyday life.
